Artist’s Story

My task was to bring home a fabulous sparkling Christmas tree for our church banner decorations I went to Joshua national Park to find the perfect tree with a shower of stars descending upon it. I looked for hours and came up short, but then as I returned to my car there it was the perfect Noble Joshua tree. I set up a soft light to illuminate its feather bark and shot the tree in its majesty the stars were brilliant, but not brilliant enough to stand out on canvas behind the church podium so I added a little sparkle myself with help from our friend Photoshop.
