In March, the Milky Way rises like a crown over the Superstition Mountains—the Southeast Jewel of our Valley of the Sun. The city lights illuminate the desert and mountain, making the landscape sparkle like the stars above.

Artist’s Story

This mountain is a must shoot destination, and I was thrilled to capture the Milky Way in all her glory, using my astro modified camera, that can pick up all the rich colors in the sky.
