Artist’s Story

The clouds were perfect for shrouding the moon in mystery one night in the Alabama Hills. I had just photographed the cyclops arch under this moon with the Sierras crisp snow and jagged rocks contrasting in the background. Back at camp the moon reached through the clouds and whispered gently, “Take my picture now, before I get swept away”. I got her and I’m so glad I did.
